The Hexagon Initiative is offering a free legal workshop for members with Amy Lehman, Esq. of Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.

This class will provide an overview of contract law including essential aspects of contract formation, enforceability, and standard provisions for creatives such as creative control, compensation, and credit. Topics will include offer and acceptance, oral agreements, common clauses in standard contracts, and breach of contract.
